1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Unq Buzz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Unq Buzz provides drone-based LED display shows, aerial advertising (Skyvertising), and related event services across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and regulatory approvals.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as discussed during the quotation process.
  • Final pricing will be communicated after reviewing event details, location, and specific requirements.
  • Quotes provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement for each booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a partial refund as per the service agreement.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund due to operational preparation costs.
  • If Unq Buzz cancels the service due to weather, technical, or regulatory reasons, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate event details including venue, date, time, and audience size.
  • Ensuring the event venue allows drone operations and obtaining necessary venue-level permissions.
  • Providing a safe, unobstructed area for drone takeoff and landing as specified by our operations team.
  • Communicating any content or messaging requirements at least 5 days before the event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Unq Buzz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Safety and Compliance

Unq Buzz adheres to all DGCA regulations for drone operations. Our team reserves the right to cancel or modify any show if safety conditions are not met, including but not limited to adverse weather, airspace restrictions, or equipment concerns. Client safety and public safety are our top priorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unq Buzz shall not be liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, technical failures, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service contracted.

9. Privacy

Information collected through our quote request forms (name, email, phone, event details) is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with clients. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

Unq Buzz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
